Features

Each employee can register a maximum of five fingers with ID Station Lite. Each registration sequence scans the finger three times, and the system chooses the best scan for enrollment.

Each employee record contains:
- Employee Code Number (required)
- First and Last Name (required)
- First and Last Name in Japanese Katakana (optional)
- Photograph (optional)
- Administrator status (optional)
The photograph can either be uploaded from a file or captured directly from a windows-compatible web camera.

With a few simple clicks, planning your monthly schedule is a snap. Schedules can also be saved in PDF format for offline viewing or printing in A4 or A3 formats.

Updated in real-time, you can view an employee's monthly report anytime. The monthly report has two sections:
- A monthly summary at the top
- A daily breakdown of each day in the monthly pay period
The summary section contains:
- Employee Code Number
- Employee Name
- Payment Period
- Number of Work Days
- Total Working Hours
- Days Off
- Overtime
- Late/Leave Early Count and Time
The daily section contains one row for each time entry and the following information:
- Day of the Month
- Day of the Week
- Assigned shift (if any)
- Late time (if any)
- In time
- Out time
- Leave Early time (if any)
- Shift Total Working Time
- Overtime
- Not in Time (time between time records)
- Total time for the day
Monthly Reports can also be saved in PDF format for offline viewing or printing in A4 format.

Your employees can view their weekly schedule at any time with the Location Station feature of ID Station Lite. The check in time for employees that are still checked in will appear above their photograph. The information Location Station provides:
- Five-day schedule for every employee
- Today's status for each employee (still working, went home, absent)
- Check in time for employees still working
With the filter you can display just the types of employees you are looking for:
- Still working
- Went home
- Day off today
- Scheduled for tomorrow
- Day off tomorrow

You can export individual time records or a monthly summary into CSV format. The CSV export tool gives you a selection of up to eight columns and an optional header row when exporting data.

ID Station Lite can be configured for no rounding, or rounding in 5, 10, 15, or 30 minute increments.
A Rounding Example
If Company A has a 15 minute rounding time, an employee that checks in at 8:02 and checks out at 17:33 will have their time record modified to 8:15 and 17:30.
Not all companies start their payment periods on the first of the month. With ID Station Lite you can make the setting change once, and both the Monthly Report and Monthly Shift Planning Tool will update accordingly.
