You can register up to three shift patterns. Calculation of late arrival and early departure penalties are handled automatically based on the shift's start and end times.

Finger vein biometrics, originally developed for building and bank security, provide the ultimate in high-performance, accurate scanning and verification. Better than fingerprints, the blood vessel patterns beneath the surface of the skin provide unique characteristics identifying each employee, and unlike the surface of the skin, blood vessels are not affected by changes in weather or temperature.
Adding additional employees is a snap: no cards to order, just a quick finger registration and your new employee can be working immediately.
Using a regular time card system, scheduling and time and attendance tracking are handled separately. With ID Station Lite, your employees can see at a glance:
- Who is scheduled for the week
- Who is absent tomorrow
- Who has already gone home for the day
- Which employees haven't checked out yet
Administrators can check employees in and out through the software in case an employee is unable to return to the computer.
ID Station Lite can match your company's time rounding rules. The software supports no rounding, or rounding in 5, 10, 15, or 30 minute increments.
Not all companies start their payment periods on the first of the month. With ID Station Lite you can make the setting change once, and both the Monthly Report and Monthly Shift Planning Tool will update accordingly.
Monthly Reports can be viewed through the administrator's user interface or exported to PDF for offline viewing and printing.

Unlike other time and attendance applications, ID Station Lite placed no artificial limit on the number of employees that may be registered with the system.*

Make time and attendance more fun by snapping a photo of each employee and registering it with their user profile. The photo will appear everywhere they do:
- On check in and check out
- Administration user interface
- Location Station
You can take the photos with a Windows-compatible web camera* directly from the ID Station software.
*ID Station Lite Package does not include a web camera. Please prepare if you need.
